Seasonal Youth Day-Camp
Youth Day-Camps offered throughout the year during non-school periods for children Kindergarten - 5th Grades.
Children's Summer Arts and Crafts Programs
Children's arts and crafts programs for ages 2 - 10 offered to encouraged a child's creative side.
Step Aerobics
This class offers an exceptional workout using 4"-8" steps. Intensity varies from class to class - high- and low-impact options are available.
Body Sculpting
This great hour-long strength and toning class is designed to target the upper and lower body plus abs.
Power Pacing
One of the hottest trends in the fitness industry. It is the ultimate indoor cycling program developed by the fitness experts at Keiser. Whether you're a beginner, an advanced outdoor cyclist, or someone looking to add a little variety to your workouts, you'll get a great workout.
Power Cut
Another popular, new concept in the fitness industry. This class focuses on strengthening and toning all muscle groups. Both dumbbells and small barbells are used. If you want to increase your fitness with weight training yet are taken over by boredom with the machines, this class is for you. Men and women of all age groups and fitness experience are encouraged to attend.
Latin Cardio
A fun-filled Latin inspired class that will get you moving and sweating. Easy to follow dance moves that will help you let loose and have a great time while burning calories.
Yoga
This 60 minute class brings a holistic approach to health and fitness. Not only will you receive the physical rewards of increased energy, strength, flexibility and balance, but you will also be provided with stress management and improved circulation through the relaxation and breathing techniques used. This class will make you look and feel better!
Silversneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Motion
This class offers something for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength, flexibility and balance, resulting in your ability to stay healthy and maintain your independence. Your instructor guides you through exercises with resistance tools at your own pace. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support, stretching and relaxation.
Pilates
A group exercise class that focuses on the strengthening of the core muscle group, also known as "the powerhouse", and helps to improve flexibility, balance and posture. Exercises are done on a mat and with a stability ball. Beginner and Intermediate sessions offered.
H2O Fitness
Join in this cardio-aerobic, funtastic strength training and high-energy workout.
Deep Water Power
Deep-water aerobics that includes 60 minutes of intense aerobics, abdominal exercises, cool down and stretch.
Hydro-Fit
Shallow water aerobics that uses foam dumbbells and weights during aerobics; includes some toning and abdominal exercises.
