Lifeguard Training

Lifeguard Training dates and times are set!
Registration begins Thursday, March 5th.  Class sizes are limited, participants must be 15 years old by final day of class.  Payment must be made before participant is guaranteed a spot.
Session dates and times are below:

Session 1
Friday, April 10th        5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Saturday, April 11th    8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Sunday, April 12th      1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Session 2
Friday, May 8th          5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Saturday, May 9th      8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. 
Sunday, May 10th      1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Swimming Lessons

Spring Swimming Lesson registration begins Monday, February 9th.

Spring Swimming Lessons sessions begin March 7th.  Times are below:

PreSchool 1, 2 & 3- 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM
Youth 1 & 2- 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM
Youth 3 & 4- 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM
Youth 5 & 6- 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Parent-Tot-  12:00 PM - 12:30 PM

Come try out some new classes we are offering:

Yoga Mix: Tuesday and Thursday from  6:15-7:00 PM.  Wednesday at 5:15.

Tabata: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:00 PM.

Power Cut

  • Aerobics Floor
  • Our Instructors will teach you the proper technique when using free weights, bars, resistance bands, and medicine balls.  This class is designed to help you with strength, tone and define every major muscle group for a complete workout.  Power Cut is offered for different lengths of time to accommodate everyone's schedule.
