Summer Time Madness Challenge

This year get minutes by workout inside the facility or outside.  This year, we are going to allow people to use their minutes that they spend exercising outside.  Target minutes are below:  Teams between 1-3 members. 

Solo Challenge:   3,000 minutes                Date: May 26th - September 1st
Partnership:         6,000 minutes              
Trio:                     9,000 minutes                Cost: $10.60 per person.

Boot camp

 Boot camp will start on May 26th and run through August 13th.  It will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM in the Nordby Center Gym.  Member cost will be $75.00, non-members will be $100.00.  Once paid, you have until August 13th to complete 12 sessions.  Please contact the boot camp instructor Jordan Davis at 350-5406 for more details.

Power Cut

  • Aerobics Floor
  • Our Instructors will teach you the proper technique when using free weights, bars, resistance bands, and medicine balls.  This class is designed to help you with strength, tone and define every major muscle group for a complete workout.  Power Cut is offered for different lengths of time to accommodate everyone's schedule.
